Dublin Farms Animal Policies
(This applies to animal-friendly units only)
- Cats/Dogs: –$250 per animal up front non-refundable fee
- $50 per animal monthly non-refundable fee for animals under 50 pounds
- $75 per animal monthly non-refundable fee for animals 50 pounds & over
- $65 per animal HOA DNA testing fee required
- Caged Animals: $25 per animal monthly non-refundable fee
- Rabbits, Rodents such as (mice, rats guinea pigs, ferrets) of any kind are not permitted
- The maximum number of animals allowed per unit is 3

- Doberman Pinschers
- Rottweilers
- Chows
- Great Danes.
- Presa Canarios/ Mastiff
- Akitas
- Alaskan Malamutes
- Siberian Husky
- German Shepherds
- Shar Pei
- Wolf-Hybrid
